Estimated Delivery

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will ship out within 24-48 hours. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the following business day. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Package should arrive between 5 and 7 business days.

Orders placed to Canada or non continental US may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking number. Proceed here and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us via orders@shopluxegifts.com

What is your return and exchange policy?

All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt of purchase. You must email us before sending back the merchandise you want to return so we can process your request. We will email you back with a Return Authorization number and return address. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. You are responsible for shipping cost back to us. We suggest that you ship the package back to us with a tracking # so you have confirmation that it made it to it's final location. After you return has been processed we will credit your account the full amount minus any shipping and or gift wrapping cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance merchandise.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can pick up your order with no shipping charge included. As long as you live in the Eugene Springfield area. We will email you when your order is ready which is usually within 24 hours not including weekends. You will pick it up at Luxe.  The address is...

What are your discount policies?

All sales are final on our sales and clearance merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be issued on those items. If you use a promotional discount code you may return those items within our return policy guidelines.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes we do! And best of all it's free as long as the items that you are wrapping add up to $5.00. In the notes section at checkout tell us what items you want wrapped and if they are going to the same or different people. Wrapping varies by item but we promise it will be cute!

Can you add something to an existing order?

At this time once your order has been placed you can no longer add an item to that order. You will have to create another order for that item.

Will i receive an order confirmation via email after my purchase is made?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase has been made.

Can a gift be shipped to someone?

Yes, you can send a gift directly to someone. Be sure your billing address is the same address as the one on your credit card and enter the shipping address of the address where you wish the gift to be sent.

How do I receive Free Shipping?

Free shipping is available to all ground orders placed in the continental United States, when your order reaches $100 dollars or more. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this offer. Free shipping does not apply when shipping to multiple addresses in the same order. Each shipment per address must reach $100.

What are my Shipping Options?

Luxe uses UPS for United States shipping and USPS Priority Mail to Canada. Currently we do not ship internationally but if you are an international customer send us an email with the items you want and we can make some arrangements.

Rates are as follows...

UPS Ground: $10.00 (5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
UPS 3-Day: $18.00
UPS 2-Day: $25.00
USPS: $17.00(For PO BOX, Alaska and Hawaii.)

We currently not shipping internationall besides to Canada. However, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to make arrangements to ship to your country!
